Pressure casting significantly improves the finished casting, but because natural materials such as pinecones contain irregular cavities and porous areas, small voids, pockets, or imperfections can still occasionally exist.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThese natural variations are part of working with real organic material and may be revealed as the blank is turned.
