Refund policy

Returns

If 5 days have gone by since your order was marked delivered, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund only exchange at our discretion. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was purchased. Exceptions are made for certain issues, please contact us to discuss the problem at hand. Always include detailed photos of the concern. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids.

- Gift cards

-Epoxy

-Tools

Include your order number in the subject line.

Partial credit will not be issued,  the item(s) in question must be returned.  

In extreme cases we will request the entire order be returned for full credit. 


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank. This can take up to 7 business days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you would like we can provide you with a return shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

You will be required to repackage the item in a safe shipping manner to ensure it reaches its destination. 

You will be required to drop it off at your local carrier.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Every shipment should be done using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
