Shipping policy

All orders ship within 2 days M-T with exceptions of holidays and inclement weather conditions.  All orders are tracked, we are not responsible for you inputting the wrong shipping address at checkout. You will be asked to pay postage again.  Any order that qualifies for free shipping we will ship as we see fit regardless of what shipping service you selected. If you would like addition shipping insurance please contact us immediately for cost,  otherwise you agree to standard carrier reimbursement for list packages and hold oakbrook harmless
